Documents required from foreign company
1. Provided the copy of company registration certificate and the notary public document of original certification by embassy or consulate of China.
2. the foreign company has to provide the credit certification which not less than the investment amount, according to the total invest amount.
3. the delegate and shareholder meeting of representative send by foreign company.
Documents required from the Chinese company
1. copy of business license ,sealed.
2. Directors meeting decision
3. ID or passport of executive/ delegate director
4. certificate of business place: lease contract and certificate of property title.
