1. Provided the copy of company registration certificate and the notary of public document of original certification by embassy or consulate of China or local law firm
2. Provided the credit certification
3. ID (passport ) and 8 color photos of executive director / chief delegate
4. Certificate of business place :registered the lease contract and certificate of property title.
5. Provided the application form (by us)
6. non-local residents must provided the IPPF card.
