Apply for Foreign Expert Certificate if Qualified

Detail Procedures are as follows:
1. For foreign profession complying with any of the following conditions, enterprise shall transact Foreign Expert Certificate in Nanhai Human Resource Bureau with relative documents:
(1). Professional above department manager level or enjoying the same treatment in the overseas-funded enterprise with registered capital of over 3 million US dollars, above bachelor degree, having working experience of 5 years minimum;
(2). Professional above vice general manager (factory manager) level or enjoying the same treatment in the enterprise with registered capital of over 1 million US dollars, above bachelor degree, having working experience of 5 years minimum.
2. Professional with Foreign Expert Certificate shall, after his/her entry into China, transact residence permit for foreigner in Exit-entry Administration Division of Public Security Bureau of Foshan with Foreign Expert Certificate, passport, Health Certificate and other relevant documents.
